Who we are
Taxswami Consultants (“we”, “us”) is an accounting, tax and compliance advisory business based in Jaipur, Rajasthan, India. We operate this website. For questions about this policy, write to us at caritikswami@gmail.com or call +91 63782 86620.
What we collect
- Enquiry details. When you fill in a contact or callback form we collect your name, phone number, email address (optional), the service you are interested in and any message you type.
- Payment details. When you pay online, our payment partner Razorpay collects your card, UPI, net banking or wallet details directly on its secure page. We never see or store your card or bank credentials. We keep the order and payment reference, the amount, the status, your name, phone, email and the service or invoice reference you entered.
- Documents. If you become a client, we will ask for documents such as PAN, Aadhaar, bank statements or financial records. These are collected during the engagement, not through this website, and are handled under the engagement terms and our duty of confidentiality.
- Technical data. Our hosting provider and security tools may record standard server logs such as IP address, browser type and the pages requested.
Why we use it
We use your information to respond to your enquiry, prepare quotes, deliver services you have asked for, take and record payments, issue invoices and receipts, meet legal and tax obligations, and keep this website secure. We do not sell your personal information and we do not use it for advertising profiles.
Who we share it with
We share information only with service providers who help us run the business, and only as needed:
- Zoho (Zoho CRM, India data centre) to keep track of enquiries and payments.
- Razorpay Software Private Limited to process online payments.
- Netlify, Inc. to host this website and store blog and payment records.
- FormSubmit to deliver a notification email to us when you submit a form.
- Google Fonts to serve the typefaces used on this website.
We may also disclose information where the law requires it, for example to a court, tax authority or other government body.
How long we keep it
We keep enquiry details for as long as needed to respond and for a reasonable period afterwards. Payment and invoice records are kept for the period required by tax and company law, which is generally several years. Client records are kept for the period our professional and legal duties require.
