Our services
We provide accounting, tax, compliance and advisory services. The scope, deliverables, timelines, what we need from you and the agreed fee for each service are confirmed in writing before work begins. Nothing on this website is a binding offer until we confirm it.
What we expect from you
- Give us complete, accurate and timely information and documents.
- Tell us promptly about notices, deadlines or changes that affect the work.
- Review our drafts and filings and confirm them before we submit them, where this is requested.
We rely on what you give us. If information is incomplete or incorrect, the outcome and timelines may be affected and we are not responsible for the consequences.
Outcomes and government processes
Approvals, registrations, refunds and assessments are decided by government authorities and other third parties. We do not guarantee any outcome or timeline outside our control.
Fees and online payment
- You pay the amount agreed in our quote or invoice. Amounts include GST where applicable, unless the invoice says otherwise.
- Payments are processed by Razorpay. By paying you also agree to Razorpay’s terms. We do not store your card or bank credentials.
- Government fees, stamp duty and other third-party charges are separate from our professional fee unless the quote says they are included.
- Please enter the exact amount and the invoice or quote reference. Payments entered without a matching quote or invoice may be returned.
- Refunds and cancellations are governed by our Refund and Cancellation Policy.
- A payment is confirmed when you see the success message and receive a receipt from Razorpay. A tax invoice is issued separately by us.
Confidentiality
We keep your information confidential and use it only for the work you ask us to do, except where the law requires disclosure.
Intellectual property
The content, design and branding of this website belong to us. You may read and share articles with a link back to this website, but you may not copy substantial parts or present them as your own.
Limitation of liability
To the extent allowed by law, our total liability for any claim relating to a service is limited to the professional fees you paid us for that service. We are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, or for penalties or interest that arise because information or documents were late, incomplete or inaccurate.

Governing law
