Overview
Bookkeeping is the day-to-day recording of every sale, purchase, expense and payment so that your accounts reflect what actually happened in the business. It is the base on which GST returns, TDS, advance tax, audits and loan applications rest.
In a monthly service, you share bank statements and invoices, and we post them to the ledgers, match them with the bank, track what customers owe you and what you owe suppliers, and give you a short set of reports so you can see the month clearly.
Under the Companies Act a company must keep proper books of account and preserve them for the period the law prescribes. Even where the law is lighter, clean books are what make tax filing quick and defensible.
Is outsourced bookkeeping the right fit?
It suits owners who would rather run the business than chase vouchers.
Usually a good fit if
- You run a startup, shop, agency or small company and do not want a full-time accountant yet.
- Your books are behind and you need them caught up before a filing, audit or funding round.
- You want regular numbers, not a scramble at year end.
- You need records that line up with GST, TDS and income tax filings.
Think twice if
- You need a full-time finance team on site every day; an in-house hire may make more sense.
- You are unable to share bank statements and bills regularly, since the books can only be as complete as the inputs.
Key benefits

Know your sales, expenses, cash and dues without waiting for year end.
Filing-ready records
GST, TDS and income tax work from the same clean data.
Fewer errors
Regular reconciliation catches duplicates, missing entries and mismatches early.
Better cash control
Tracking receivables and payables shows who to chase and when to pay.
Lender and investor ready
Orderly books speed up loans, due diligence and audits.
Time back
You stop spending evenings sorting bills.

Frequently asked questions
Which accounting software do you use?
We work in Tally and Zoho Books, and can work in your existing software if you already have a preference. The books stay yours and in your name.
Do I need to send paper bills?
No. Clear scans or phone photos are fine, as long as they are legible and complete.
Can you catch up books from earlier years?
Yes. We first assess how much is missing, then clean up the back period before starting the regular monthly cycle.
Will bookkeeping also cover GST and TDS?
Bookkeeping gives you the clean data. GST and TDS filings are separate services that use it, and we can do them together.
How long should books be kept?
A company is required to preserve books of account for at least eight financial years. Other businesses should keep records for as long as tax assessments can be reopened.
Is it safe to share my financial data?
We use shared access you control, keep your data confidential and follow the data protection principles described in our privacy practices.
